1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
No Video, No Return: To claim a return or replacement for damaged, missing, or wrong products, an Unboxing Video is mandatory. Without this video, we cannot accept your return request.
Video Guidelines:
Start recording before opening the package.
Show the shipping label clearly in the video.
The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits) until the product is fully taken out and shown.
2. Return Eligibility (4 Hours Policy)
You can request a return within 4 hours of delivery. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used or installed.
Items without their original packaging or missing accessories.
Tampered or damaged products due to misuse.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return
Please send your Order ID and the Unboxing Video to our WhatsApp support number or Email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Our team will verify the video and approve your return request within 24-48 hours.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
